For concerned community members\, advocates and volunteers\, it can be hard to balance action\, life’s responsibilities and self care. We can often feel overwhelmed\, exhausted and anxious. \nJoin local Nature Therapist\, Wil Brunner and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher\, Heron Payne for an afternoon of wellness practices and connection with nature and community. DESCRIPTION:Nature Journaling is a practice that combines science and art to create a record of something you observed and experienced in the natural world.  It could be a plant just about to flower. Or a bird calling for its mate.
