Winter Adventure 2026

SOOF is excited to team up again with Medway Community Forest Co-op (MCFC) and Annapolis County Recreation for another Winter Adventure at one of MCFC management areas.  Angelika and Ashlea from Annapolis County Rec. will lead a walk (or snowshoe) through beautiful, mature mixed wood Acadian-Wabanaki forest in Kespukwitk.

Snowshoes will be available to try out… if there’s snow!

Informed Consent & Release Of Liability: Our workshops are a wonderful way to connect to nature, learn more about our forests and interact with the community, but it is not without certain risks, dangers, hazards, and liabilities to participants.  We require all participants (or their legal guardians) to complete, sign and date the waiver before they can participate in the workshop.
