All of the Board Approved documents related to the governance of the Save Our Old Forests Association are available online. This includes the SOOF Association bylaws, policies and the agendas and minutes from Board Meetings.

The Save Our Old Forests (SOOF) Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, and Active Voting Members can join virtually  (Microsoft Teams) or in person at the Centrelea Community Hall (3495 Highway 201).  Doors at the Hall will open at 6:30pm and the virtual meeting room will open at 6:45pm.  The AGM will be called to order at 7:00pm.   Members are welcome to stay for an informal conversation with Board members following the AGM.
